And just like that, it’s the first Friday of November. This year is going WAY too fast, and it’s almost a little depressing. But fear not! We’ve still got two solid month of writing left in 2018, right? And for those of you doing NaNoWriMo, you still have time to get a book written this year 🙂 Onward to Five Links Friday…
1. Let’s start with this post by Joel Friedlander at booklife.com on Fourteen Kinds of Content Your Readers Will Want to Share (how indie authors can leverage social media and blog posts to sell more books). I think we could all learn a little from that.
2. For the new authors out there, here are Top Three Suggestions for New Authors by Michael Sahno. Take his advice and get to writing 🙂
3. And while we’re sticking on the topic of new writers, here are 10 things every new writer experiences by Leigh Shulman.
4. Here’s an interesting post on Creative Ways To Manage Creative Thoughts by Maureen Joyce Connolly.
5. Finally, here a good post on dealing with rejection by Victoria Griffin: The “One In, Two Out” Rule for Rejection. Give it a look and keep submitting 🙂
That will close out this week. Hope your November is starting out on the right foot. Have a great weekend and check back soon!
